In case of bad weather, hurricane, malfunction of the boat, or any regulation of the Coast Guard of the EE. UU that prevents the departure of ships, customers will be transferred to the next boat or available departure time.
The tickets are 100% not refundable. If the customer already has a reservation made or a purchase with a specific schedule already booked (web, among others) and does not meet your reservation, you will not be relocated and you will lose 100% of your purchase.
